"Tajwid From Scratch" classes for children in Oxford

Update 3rd August 2013: Tajwid from Scratch is now available as an online resource at "Knowledge Den" website. The class in Oxford has also been replaced with private tuitions.

A "Tajwid from Scratch" classes for children will start on Tuesday 23rd October 2012 in Oxford. This new service is aimed at teaching tajwid to Muslim children in Oxford.

Organisers: PISANG (Professional Islamic Support And Nurture Group) and Oxford Charity Fun Days.

Venue: Restore, Manzil Way, Oxford OX4 1YH

Time: Tuesdays (5.00pm - 6.00pm) and Thursdays (5.00pm - 6.00pm)

Teaching methodology: Iqra' fast learning methodology using Othmani script

Teachers: Teachers from PISANG and Oxford Charity Fun Days Fees: 23rd October - 15th November 2012: Free trial

Age group: minimum 5 yrs old, no maximum age

Sex: Open to male and female children

Level: All levels, from nothing to advanced. Children will be divided into small groups for effective learning according to level of proficiency

The first 4 weeks is a free trial. Places are limited. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
